Essential Oils & Integrated Energy Therapy
Aromatherapy can help manage pain, body aches, headaches, and migraines. It can also help ease stress, anxiety, and depression, and boost feelings of relaxation. This session includes a symphony of essential oils tailored specifically to what ails you combined with traditional Integrated Energy Therapy $110 for 60 minute session *this session is complimented well with the Shirodhara
Myofascial Swedish
Unlike Swedish massage, which primarily focuses on muscles, myofascial work delves deeper, addressing the fascia to alleviate tension and promote optimal body function. Techniques involve applying slow, sustained pressure to restricted areas, utilizing gentle pulls and stretches to release fascial adhesions and trigger points, ultimately alleviating pain and tension. This work can also enhance joint mobility, release movement limitations, and foster deep relaxation, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being. Essential Oil & Chakra Balancing Mini Session
Don't have time or want a full session but need to reconnect with your body? This session is perfect for you! Experience the benefits of my jade & tourmaline infrared bio mat while I apply a series of essential oils along your Chakra channel with light touch followed by a myofascial back massage. Sweet stress release! $55 for 30 minute session
Thai Massage
Sometimes referred to as assisted yoga, Thai massage is designed to optimize energy flow throughout the body. During this session, you will lie fully clothed on a mat on the ground while I apply deep compression, acupressure, stretching, and assist you in breathing techniques to reduce tension, promote relaxation, and balance energies within the body. Wear yoga/leggings and a comfortable shirt.

Hot Stones
Hot stone massage melts away muscle tension and promotes deep relaxation. I work with Jade stones. She is said to support the healing process by promoting tissue regeneration and pain relief. Jade also offers emotional balancing, encouraging inner peace. Working with jade is thought to enhance our intuition and connect us to higher consciousness.

Abhyanga (oil massage)
Experience total relaxation along with physical benefits like released muscle tension, lymphatic drainage, and more nourished skin from head to toe. It stands out from other massages due to its focus on the skin, rather than just the underlying muscles—from the oils used to the circulation-stimulating movements, it’s more like a facial massage for your whole body. *I use the traditional style of Indian draping unless otherwise requested. 60 min. $100/ 90 min.$135
Myofascial Focus & Shirodhara
Experience the ultimate relaxation with this juicy brand new offering! Myofascial Swedish on your back, neck and shoulders followed with a third eye pour. Your choice of oil type and temperature for your body and a custom blend of essential oils for whatever ails you! You take home the oil from your Shirodhara experience to continue using for weeks to come. $100 for 60 minute session
Shirodhara
Shirodhara (3rd Eye Pour) is a purifying and rejuvenating therapy designed to eliminate toxins and mental exhaustion. This warm oil is poured over your forehead and scalp and is accompanied by a scalp massage. The oil is then infused with your third eye energy and given to you at the end of the session! This can be stand alone treatment or added on to any session. $60
