My Story
My approach to healing and personal transformation is is rooted in a holistic understanding, emphasizing the complex inter relationships between body, mind, and spirit. I view each individual as a distinctive, multifaceted being endowed with the capacity to share their Light and Love. My goal is to facilitate the synthesis of physical and non-physical elements, fostering an environment that promotes healing and wholeness.
What I Currently Offer
In our session, I incorporate various energy and bodywork modalities, including aromatherapy, crystal healing, Reiki, therapeutic touch, Integrated Energy Therapy, range of motion, reflexology, and intuitively guided movement while you are on my table or mat. You possess the inherent ability to heal yourself from most ailments. I serve as the facilitator to support your alignment. During the session, simply allow yourself to open to your highest vibration of Love and receive. Your Natural Light awaits your arrival!
About Jennifer
Jennifer has been humbly serving others for nearly 30 years. Her light shines brightest when she is living her truth and urging others to do the same. She is 200 hour yoga certified, a trauma informed yoga instructor, certified in Thai massage, a master Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner and instructor, as well as a master manifestor! It is her innate ability to tune into others and their needs that lead her to massage and Integrated Energy Therapy. She is an intuitive body worker who focuses on all aspects ofc what ails you. Trauma is physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through intuitive sessions, we can heal the issues that are stored in our tissues. We can return to our Natural Light!
