My mission is to create a nurturing environment that harmoniously integrates physical and non-physical aspects, fostering a journey of holistic healing, growth, and self-actualization.
What I Currently Offer
In our transformative session, I weave together various energy and bodywork modalities, including aromatherapy, crystal healing, Reiki, therapeutic touch, Integrated Energy Therapy, range of motion, reflexology, and intuitively guided movement while you are on my table or mat. You possess the incredible ability to heal yourself from most ailments and unlock your full potential. I serve as the catalyst to support your alignment and empower your inner light. During the session, simply allow yourself to open to your highest vibration of Love and receive the abundance of positivity that awaits you. Your Natural Light awaits your arrival with open arms.
About Jennifer
Jennifer has been humbly serving others for nearly 30 years. Her light shines brightest when she is living her truth and urging others to do the same. She is 200 hour yoga certified, a trauma informed yoga instructor, certified in Thai massage, a master Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner and instructor, as well as a trained myofascial Swedish LMT! It is her innate ability to tune into others and their needs that led her to massage and Integrated Energy Therapy. She is an intuitive body worker who focuses on all aspects of what ails you. Trauma is physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through intuitive sessions, we can heal the issues that are stored in our tissues. We can return to our Natural Light!

Kaitlynn has been a licensed massage therapist since 2022. Originally, they were drawn to massage to learn how to support others through the power of touch, but the journey became so much more. It became a journey of personal growth and gaining a sense of their own wholeness which grounds them in their practice. Kaitlynn's goal is to help

It became a journey of personal growth and gaining a sense of their own wholeness which grounds them in their practice. Kaitlynn's goal is to help each client to feel at peace and at home in their body. They practice Myofascial Swedish Massage with meditative influences from Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
