My Story
Jennifer's approach to healing and personal transformation is Holistic. She focuses on you as a unique and complex being of body, mind, and spirit. All of us are natural healers with the ability to carry our Light and Love. She hopes to facilitate the integrating of the physical and non-physical to invite healing and wholeness to each of you.
What I Currently Offer
In our session, I work with somatic energy/body work that may include but is not limited to aromatherapy, crystal healing, Integrated Energy Therapy, therapeutic touch , range of motion, reflexology, and intuitively guided movement while you are on my table/mat. You hold the ultimate power to heal yourself from most that ails you, I merely act as a conduit to assist in your re-alignment. In this session all you have to do is allow yourself to open to your highest vibration of Love and allow yourself to receive. Your Natural Light is awaiting your arrival, let’s get you there!
About Jennifer
Jennifer has been humbly serving others for nearly 30 years. Her light shines brightest when she is living her truth and urging others to do the same. She is 200 hour yoga certified, a trauma informed yoga instructor, certified in Thai massage, a master Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner and instructor, as well as a master manifestor! It is her innate ability to tune into others and their needs that lead her to massage and Integrated Energy Therapy. She is an intuitive body worker who focuses on all aspects of what ails you. Trauma is physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through somatic intuitive sessions, we can heal the issues that are stored in our tissues. We can return to our Natural Light!
